Food diary:
Meal 1 – 2 scrambled eggs with spinach, mushrooms, onions, and tomatoes; 3 turkey bacon; 8 oz. V8

Jaron’s Week 4 Day 5 High Raw Food Diet

This morning I had the usual green smoothie which Amy makes now cause she does make some good ones. With green smoothies it is important to add as much greens as possible. We normally use baby spinach leaves but are also starting to experiment with kale, dandelion leaves, romaine.

Amy’s Weight Loss Journal Week 4 Day 5

Breakfast – I had a nice green smoothie with Bananas, Strawberries, Spinach, Maca Root, Flax & Wheatgrass.

Food Diary:
Breakfast — 2 hard boiled eggs with oatmeal, 8 oz V8
Snack — gala apple with 1 tbs peanut butter

Breakfast — 1/4 cup oatmeal mixed with hot water, cinnamon, and a tsp of honey; 2 boiled eggs; 8 oz. of V8
