Amy’s Week 8 Day 7 – My First Sprout Sandwich

Meal 1 – A super green smoothie of Bananas, Pineapple, Raspberries, Blackberries, Blueberries, Organic Spring Mix Greens, Wheatgrass, Organic Acai Powder Amazon Superfruit, Organic Hemp Seed Protein Powder, Organic Raw Maca Powder Incan Superfood and Organic Sprouted Omega Superseed Blend Chia, Flax, Brown Rice Twister Power, Organic Flax Seed Meal and  Flax Seed Oil.

Glen’s Week 8 Day 7-No Time to Exercise!

Food diary:
Meal 1:  1/2 cup of cottage cheese w/peaches
Meal 2:  1 slice of steak quiche w/3 pieces of bacon, 1 glass of orange juice

Elizabeth’s Week 8 Day 7 (Exercise in the morning)

Food diary:
Meal 1:  1 small breakfast burrito from Sonic, small orange juice
Meal 2:  protein shake w/ 8 oz. of 1% milk, mandarin orange

Amy’s Week 8 Day 6 – Sprouting Canned Wheat

I didn’t getup until after 8 AM this morning. My muscles were so sore from the two days in a row of yoga that it felt good to just lay there and let my muscles heal up some.

Glen’s Week 8 Day 6-Fitting into Smaller Jeans!!!

Meal 1: protein shake w/8 oz vanilla almond milk
Meal 2: 2 hard-boiled eggs, 3 turkey sausage links, and 8 oz V8
