Amy’s Diet Blog Week 7 Day 4

Breakfast – I had two pieces of toast with olive oil based butter and an orange/pineapple juice.
Lunch – Two bean burritos.
Dinner – A sub-sandwich with lettuce, tomatoes and guacamole.
Exercise – 10 minutes on the elliptical.
Jaron and I have been talking a lot today and he expressed to me that he wants to go back on a mostly raw food diet so I plan to support him in that.
I felt more energy when we had more smoothies anyway.
I started tanning again, tanned for 6 minutes today and plan to work my way to 20 minutes a day. I am a little tired of being pale, plus my body can sure use the vitamin D.
In addition to my food, I also take 6 capsules of Vitex daily in order to help regulate my menstrual cycle.

A great herb (it may be included in your supplement) for menstruation regulation is raspberry leaf. My homeopath prescribed this to me for a while and it worked wonders. Not only did my menstruation cycle become regular, but it also lessened cramping.
Our gym has tanning beds and I would love to tan. I hate being pale too!
