Amy’s Green Smoothie Challenge Day 3

I just weighed myself this morning and I am at 133 lbs!
I was so shocked I reweighed myself 9 times all from different parts of the kitchen, but weight always came out the same.
I think that I weighed 140 lbs on Day 1 of my Green Smoothie Challenge because I had eaten a LOT of food the day before and I think some of it was still undigested making my weight shoot up.
It is great to know that even though I have made a lot of mistakes during the Weight Loss Before & After challenge I am still 11 lbs less than when I started.
Meal 1 - Green smoothie with Clover Sprouts, Organic Spring Mix Greens, Bananas, Raspberries, Blueberries, Blackberries, Acai Berry Powder, Raw Organic Cocoa Powder, Organic Flax Meal and Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil.
Meal 2 – Green Smoothie
Meal 3 – A BK Veggie Burger from Burger King. We were away from home and I wasn’t sure what else to get.
Meal 4 – A Green Smoothie.
