Amy’s Green Smoothie Weight Loss Challenge Day 7



I am loving the green smoothies. The fact that we can also include some additional foods really helps because I don’t think I could do nothing but green smoothies for very long. It is very cleansing and detoxifying and can feel overwhelming at times.

Meal 1 – Green Smoothie with Alfafa Sprouts, Organic Spring Mix Greens, Bananas, Mangos, Superseed Blend Chia, Flax, Brown Rice Twister Power, Organic Flax Seed Meal, Organic Raw Maca Powder Incan Superfood.

Meal 2 – Green Smoothie with Alfala Sprouts, Bananas, Raspberries, Blackberries, Blueberries,  Acai Berry Powder, Organic Flax Seed Meal, Organic Raw Maca Powder Incan Superfood.

Meal 3 – Mashed Potatoes with Organic Salsa and Guacamole.

I wasn’t able to get 3 smoothies in today.
