Amy’s Week 8 Day 7 – My First Sprout Sandwich

Meal 1 – A super green smoothie of Bananas, Pineapple, Raspberries, Blackberries, Blueberries, Organic Spring Mix Greens, Wheatgrass, Organic Acai Powder Amazon Superfruit, Organic Hemp Seed Protein Powder, Organic Raw Maca Powder Incan Superfood and Organic Sprouted Omega Superseed Blend Chia, Flax, Brown Rice Twister Power, Organic Flax Seed Meal and Flax Seed Oil.
Meal 2 – Another smoothie with the exact same ingredients.
Meal 3 – One and a half sandwiches with Ezekiel Bread, Grapeseed Oil Vegenaise, Guacamole, Pesticide-Free Tomatoes, Romaine Lettuce and a whole lot of home sprouted grains that we sprouted ourselves. They were fantastic!
Meal 4 – A few glasses of Naked Orange Juice and a bowl of Organic HempPlus Granola Cereal with rice milk.
Meal 5 – A bowl of leftover steamed potatoes with guacamole and salsa.
I ate pretty well today. I hope that weigh-in tomorrow shows great results.
