Annette’s Diary Week 1 Day 6

I had a difficult time sleeping last night and woke very early this morning. Started work at 7:00 and within the hour developed a horrible headache, felt like a migraine. I had to go back to bed and put a pillow over my head for a couple of hours, finally took some aspirin and it got better.
I attribute the headache to detoxing, because this afternoon and evening I feel so much better.
Breakfast: 2 eggs and 2 slices of wheat toast
Lunch: well, nothing, but it was a hectic day
Snack: 2 clementines and a banana
Dinner: fruit and walnuts from McDonalds
Snack: 2 more clementines
I am reading the Ebook “Top Secret Fat Loss Secret” by Dr. Suzanne Gudakunst, and have learned about my metabolism and what foods are best for me.
I am going to follow her advice, as I read it and learn, and apply it to my daily routine.
Exercise: 23 min on the eliptical, 10 crunches, and 30 butt raises (they work great, if I keep it up)
I am really feeling the positive effects of my diet and exercise, and getting to the point where I really want to keep it up.
Could you possibly be getting headaches from not eating enough?
