Annette’s Week 1 Day 5



Ok, I know you are getting bored of my same old eating, and if you are bored with it, you can imagine how I feel…lol. 

For breakfast I had a bowl of Life cereal, but I had a feeling I should have had more, because about 2 hours later, I felt my blood sugar drop and I became real tired. 

Lunch, I had a couple of slices of wheat toast.

Snack, I had 2 Clementines, which tasted absolutely wonderful.

Dinner I had a cheese omelet, and mmmm, that was good, and yes, I should have left out the cheese…but hey, I am taking this day at a time. 

Got on the scales tonight, and I have lost 4 lbs!!!!!!  I am down to 186! 

That got me pumped, and I am ready to now leave out the cheese.  

I am feeling so much better, sleeping better, waking up easier, and working out on the eliptical tonight was so much easier.  I did it for 17 min., tomorrow I will work up to 20.  I am glad I am doing this, and that I am not doing it alone, having the support of my family really makes a big difference.  No one likes to diet alone!

  1. Keep up the great work. I know it seems boring, but try and spice up your diet a little.
