Day 2 – Cardio X -
This was a very challenging, yet invigorating workout. I got a great sweat going on and only had to take one extra break. I can already feel myself getting more in shape.

My son is going to be 6 weeks old on January 20th so my husband and I decided to start doing P90X for the very first time starting on January 18, 2010. We have both not exercised much and are way out of shape.
I just barely found out today that I am pregnant and due on Christmas day! Which means my focus will no longer be on weight loss, but instead it will be on trying to eat as organic, whole grain and healthy as possible.
Meal 1 – Green Smoothie. I actually spilled the first glass of this all over my computer desk and the floor on accident. I was a huge mess! Luckily there was enough for me to have a 2nd glass so I could still drink some good stuff for my morning
