Elizabeth – New posting method
Even though writing down a daily food menu is a wise idea, I find myself getting more and more behind in keeping up with it. I would like to use my posts as a method of self-reflection instead of just listing everything that I am doing or not doing.
Elizabeth’s Week 17 Day 4 – Busy day
Food diary:
Meal 1: smoothie (strawberries, pineapple, peaches, mangoes, apple juice)
Meal 2: leftover chicken stir-fry

Food diary:
Meal 1: 2 scrambled eggs w/ cheese, 2 turkey sausage, 1 multi-grain waffle, 8 oz. V8

Meal 1: berry smoothie
Meal 2: leftovers (pork, veggies, potatoes)
Meal 3: cheese stick, carrots, peanut butter
