Amy’s Green Smoothie Challenge Day 2
So far so good. Moving along nicely with the challenge. To restate the rules of mine and Jaron’s Green Smoothie Challenge within a Challenge is for us to have 3 green smoothies daily and anything else consumed has to be both vegan and whole grain. We are currently on Day 2 of 40.

This Weight Loss Before & After challenge is an awesome challenge, however… It is so long that it is hard to stay motivated during the challenge itself. So I am starting my own challenge within a challenge called the 40 Day Green Smoothie Challenge.
Week 14 Day 6 – What Stuffing My Face Watching The Biggest Loser Did for Me
I got up at 4 AM and went to do a service project this morning so I have been up forever. At about 5:30 AM we went out to breakfast. I had 2 pancakes.
Amy’s Week 14 Day 3 – 2 Green Smoothies a Day
I am doing great today. Jaron and I set a goal to have 2 green smoothies per day before we eat anything else. This makes sure we get some good nutrients and allow our bodies a chance to detox before we eat other foods.
Amy’s Week 14 Day 2 – Went Walking Outside Today
Meal 1 – A Green Smoothie with “the works”. Organic Spring Mix Greens, Frozen Bananas, Raspberries, Blueberries, Blackberries, Organic Hemp Seed Protein Powder, Organic Raw Maca Powder Incan Superfood, Organic Flax Seed Meal, Organic Sprouted Omega Superseed Blend Chia, Flax, Brown Rice Twister Power and two big scoops of Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil.
