Jaron Week 12 Day 4 – Nonmotivation on processed foods

I have not been motivated nor sticking to our normal routine of mostly fruits and vegetables in our diet. Recently I have had dairy and foods containing white flour, also some sugars and I can say I feel like crap.

Jaron Week 11 Day 7 – Slipping up and picking myself up again

I have been going back and forth some recently, not feeling very motivated and my schedule has not been normal as it has been in the past. I notice when this happens I tend to not eat as well and fall into the category of finding foods that are quick to prepare and eat.

Jaron Week 10 Day 7 – Family in town

We have had family in town staying with us for this weekend and we once again binged some. I always feel like when I have family visiting that I have to eat things I do not normally eat to “entertain” them ie. pizza, soda, etc etc.
