Elizabeth’s Week 13 Day 1-Running is Different



Food diary:

Meal 1:  2 scrambled eggs w/ cheese, 3 turkey sausages, 2 whole wheat blueberry waffles

Meal 2: handful of trail mix

Meal 3:  chili-pasta skillet (ground beef, kidney beans, tomatoes, green chilies, whole wheat macaroni) w/ 1/2 avocado

Exercise: none

Thoughts:  Running is a whole different ball game than the elliptical.  Different muscles are used more.  I feel a little sore today after yesterday’s jog.  I’m looking forward to training this week though.  I will definitely have to push myself.  I’m just hoping that good sleep is in the forecast.
