Elizabeth’s Week 13 Day 2



Food Diary:

Meal 1: green smoothie (spinach, baby lettuce mix, blackberries, banana, strawberries, almond milk), 3 pieces turkey bacon

Meal 2: cheese stick, strawberries

Meal 3: chili-pasta skillet (leftovers) w/ 1/2 avocado

Meal 4: 1/2 c. cottage cheese, peach slices

Meal 5: celery and carrots w/ 1 tbs peanut butter

Meal 6: leftover Hawaiian haystack, pudding cup w/ 1 tbs Cool Whip

Exercise: 0.5 mile walk, 1.5 mile jog, abs

Thoughts:  I’m so excited that I was able to jog the entire 1.5 miles.  I wasn’t so sure of myself, but I kept telling myself that I could do.  5 more minutes, 2 more minutes, etc.  Having small goals will help me get ready for the 1/2 marathon in August, but also lose weight in the process.
