Elizabeth’s Week 13 Day 3 – Sleep deprived



Food diary:

Meal 1: 2 scrambled eggs w/ bell pepper, onion, mushrooms, tomato, and Canadian bacon, 8 oz. V8

Meal 2: 8 oz. kefir w/ 1/2 cup granola

Meal 3: lentil turkey sausage soup (leftovers), cheese stick, mandarin

Meal 4: mandarin, strawberry Jello cup

Meal 5: protein shake mixed w/ 8 oz. 1% milk

Meal 6: spiced pumpkin shrimp soup w/ 1/4 c. brown rice, pudding cup w/ 1 tbs Cool Whip

Exercise:  35 minutes elliptical crosstrainer, 15 minutes weights (back and biceps)

Thoughts:  I seriously could have slept in this morning.  If it wasn’t for my cat I would have probably slept through everything and been late for work.  I feel sleep deprived.  I have been getting to bed too late and waking up at 5:10 to go to the gym.  Hopefully, I get to bed a little sooner tonight.  6 hours of sleep doesn’t cut it for me.  I have always needed between 7-8.
