Elizabeth’s Week 17 Day 1 – Comfort food

Food diary:
Meal 1: 2 scrambled eggs w/ cheese, onions, mushrooms, 3 turkey bacon, V8
Meal 2: cheese stick
Meal 3: tuna sandwich
Meal 4: pork steak w/ cheesy veggies and mashed potatoes
Meal 5: 9 snickerdoodles
Exercise: none
Thoughts: Okay, so today wasn’t the best day ever. It was nice to eat some comfort foods and not feel too guilty about it. I have been maintaining my current weight so I am eating appropriately. I’m just not losing any because my exercise has halted. I’ve continued to be frustrated with the situation of no sleep. It changes everything.
