Elizabeth’s Week 17 Day 2 – Finding a balance



Food diary:

Meal 1: berry smoothie

Meal 2: leftovers (pork, veggies, potatoes)

Meal 3: cheese stick, carrots, peanut butter

Meal 4: protein shake

Meal 5: 12″ chicken breast Subway sandwich w/ all veggies

Exercise: none

Thoughts: Sorry, I’m getting behind on my posts again.  It’s not that I’m making my health a priority, I’m trying to find a balance with other things in my life, such as spirituality, family, work, etc.
