Elizabeth’s Week 17 Day 4 – Busy day



Food diary:

Meal 1: smoothie (strawberries, pineapple, peaches, mangoes, apple juice)

Meal 2: leftover chicken stir-fry

Meal 3: cheese stick, carrots, 1 tbs peanut butter

Meal 4: protein shake

Meal 5: steak, salaad

Exercise: none

Thoughts: Today was a really busy day! Tomorrow will be even busier.  It’s a little frustrating on days like this when I can’t exercise even though I would like to.
