Elizabeth’s Week 5 Day 1 (Weigh in)



I’m totally stoked!  Weigh in today was better than I expected.  264!  That means I’ve definitely lost at least 20 lbs. with the scale difference.  Sorry there are no pics today.  We need to recharge our camera batteries.  We promise pics of scale and body pics next week.

Food diary:

Meal 1:  2 scrambled eggs with onions, mushrooms, cheese, salsa, and left over steak; 8 oz. V8

Meal 2:  1/2 c. of cottage cheese, 1 peach

Meal 3:  veggie burger with salad (salad greens, avocado, tomatoes, and cheese, 1 tbs. of ranch dressing)

Meal 4: 2 tbs of peanut butter

Meal 5:  taco salad (1/2 c. of refried beans, 1/2 chicken breast, salad greens, avocado, tomatoes, cheese, salsa, and 1 tbs. ranch dressing); 1 pudding cup with 1 tbs. of Cool Whip

Exercise:  None (day of rest)

Thoughts:  Since the start of the year we have gone to church at a later time and it kind of throws our schedule off some.  It would have been nice to go on a walk this afternoon, but we practically got home when it was starting to get dark outside.  We’ll have to do some early morning walking (if weather permits!)

P.S.  I put an antibiotic ointment on my heat rashes and that seemed to help.
