Elizabeth’s Week 8 Day 7 (Exercise in the morning)



Food diary:

Meal 1:  1 small breakfast burrito from Sonic, small orange juice

Meal 2:  protein shake w/ 8 oz. of 1% milk, mandarin orange

Meal 3:  1/2 Cafe Rio salad (in honor of my sister’s birthday)

Meal 4:  frozen with strawberries

Meal 5:  other 1/2 of Cafe Rio salad

Meal 6:  2 tbs of peanut butter

Exercise:  30 minutes on elliptical crosstrainer/crossramp, 20 minutes weights (legs and abs), lunges, 4 30-second sprints at 8 mph.

Thoughts:  It felt really good to push myself today physically after not exercising yesterday.  I did continue to feel fatigued in the earlier part of the day because I waited to exercise in the afternoon, and I’m probably still trying to catch up on rest from those conferences.
