Looking for a Fast Weight Loss Diet?

Sometimes, it happens. We need to lose weight in a jiffy. Say, your boyfriend just spontaneously invited you to a romantic getaway to a Caribbean island or your boss suddenly asked you to take his place in a presentation in Hawaii.
Things like these just happen and in order to look good in the spanking new swimsuit you will don in a few weeks, you know you need to shave off some fat off your arms, abs and buns. So now, you are looking for a fast weight loss diet.
First of all, before I give you my advice, let me say that I am not a doctor and I am just recounting the fast weight loss diet I use whenever I am pressed for time and I need to look fabulous. The fast weight loss diet that I use is the two week induction period of the Atkins diet.
The induction period is when ketosis is induced. This may sound bad but ketosis is the reason why the Atkins induction program can literally make you drop 4 pounds in a week. It happens when you take in no carbohydrates in your body, making it lose so much pounds so fast.
In the induction period, you just have to swear off on carbs. No bread, no sugar (even in fruits), no potatoes and no grains.
All you can eat are protein rich foods and the most carbohydrates you can intake are 20 grams in a day. This will only last for two weeks and it may be quite taxing to undergo, but the results of this fast weight loss diet are amazing.
