Glen’s Week 1 Day 7

Food diary:
Breakfast — Breakfast casserole (1 serving)
Snack — cheese stick and 24 almonds
Lunch — chicken and veggies in spaghetti sauce (leftovers)
Snack — turkey/lettuce roll-up with 1 tsp. mayo
Dinner — tuna wrap from Subway with all the veggies (minus jalapenos and peppers)
Dessert — 1 pudding cup
Exercise: 100 abdominal exercises, 10 minutes on treadmill, 20 minutes on bike
Thoughts: It will be good to weigh in tomorrow and see where we both are at. We are going to take a picture of our weight on the scale each time that we weigh in. I think that will work best. I have really been noticing my clothes feeling a lot looser. It feels great!
