Glen’s Week 17 Day 1-Overboard on Snickerdoodles



Food Diary:

Meal 1: 2 scrambled eggs w/cheese, 3 pieces of turkey bacon, V8

Meal 2: cheese stick, tuna sandwich on whole wheat bread

Meal 3: pork loin cutlet, cheesy vegetables, mashed potatoes

Meal 4: 10 snickerdoodles

Exercise: None (day of rest)

Thoughts: Overall I am pleased with my progress in the exercise department, even though I could have done more intense exercise this week.  However, I am glad that I made the effort exercise as many days as I did this week.

I definitely ate too many cookies today, I hope I am not paying heavy price with waking up in the morning tomorrow!
