Glen’s Week 17 Day 2-A Different Approach



Food Diary:

Meal 1: berry smoothie

Meal 2: beef brisket, salad, sweet butter corn, 1/2 piece of cornbread

Meal 3: cheese stick, almonds

Meal 4: 6 inch tuna sub from Subway with all the veggies

Meal 5: ice cream sandwich

Exercise: None

Thoughts: We had family visiting again.  I really wanted to go out and run tonight, but it didn’t happen.  I am looking forward to going tomorrow!
