Glen’s Week 17 Day 3-2 Mile Run



Food Diary:

Meal 1: blueberry whole grain waffle, 2 scrambled eggs w/cheese, 2 turkey sausage links, 8 oz V8

Meal 2: protein shake

Meal 3: carrots and peanut butter

Meal 4: cheese stick

Meal 5: pork loin cutlet, cheesy vegetables, mashed potatoes

Exercise: 2 mile run

Thoughts: It felt so good to run tonight though I was so tired when I got home!  I am looking forward to running again on Thursday night.
