Glen’s Week 17 Day 4-I Love Running!



Food Diary:

Meal 1: smoothie, 3 turkey sausages

Meal 2: cheese stick, protein shake

Meal 3: carrots, peanut butter, cottage cheese w/pineapples

Meal 4: steak salad

Exercise: 20 minute walk

Thoughts: I am looking forward to running tomorrow.  I am really beginning to love it again!
