Glen’s Week 3 Day 7

Food Diary:
Breakfast– Mixed berry fruit smoothie with banana, almond milk, 2-3 cups of greens, and concord grape juice
Snack– Cheese stick
Lunch– Mixed vegetables with teriyaki chicken
Snack– 2 small bags of peanuts (on the plane)
Dinner– Turkey wrap (whole wheat wrap with lettuce, light mayo, tomato, and Havarti cheese, you can purchase these @ Costco, they are delicious), a little bit of Diet Coke
Dessert– 1 sugar free Jello pudding cup with whipped topping
Exercise: none
Thoughts: We got up at 8 a.m. this morning to get packed for our return trip home to Utah. This day has been long and tiring. Luckily I didn’t turn to food for comfort. I still can’t believe that I lasted a week at my parent’s and did not give into any unhealthy eating choices. I also exercised 4 of the 7 days that we were there. I have never done that before! I am looking forward to getting back to the gym on Monday night.
I am so glad you are having fruit smoothies. They feel so good in the mornings.
