Glen’s Week 4 Day 6



Food Diary:

Meal 1 — scrambled eggs with bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, and leftover steak, 8 oz V8

Meal 2 — gala apple with 1 tbs of peanut butter

Meal 3 — 6 in tuna Subway sandwich on 9 grain honey oat bread with all the veggies except hot peppers, light mustard, 2 sugar-free hard candies

Meal 4 — 12 almonds and 12 edamame

Meal 5 — 1 cheese stick

Meal 6 — salmon patty with green beans with a touch of butter and garlic salt, 1 sugar-free jello with 1 tbs of Cool Whip

Exercise: 10 minutes elliptical, 10 minutes weights (legs and abs again), 15 minutes elliptical

Thoughts: I was a little bit frustrated because I was messing with the options on the elliptical machine and set myself to cooldown after 10 minutes.  The last 5 minutes I went ahead and pushed myself to incline 10 and resistance 10.  Boy, was I sweating!!!  Tomorrow I plan to just do cardio and abs.
