Glen’s Week 8 Day 6-Fitting into Smaller Jeans!!!

Food Diary:
Meal 1: protein shake w/8 oz vanilla almond milk
Meal 2: 2 hard-boiled eggs, 3 turkey sausage links, and 8 oz V8
Meal 3: 2 tbs of cottage cheese w/peaches
Meal 4: 1 six inch oven roasted chicken breast sandwich on 9 grain honey oat bread w/all the veggies except hot peppers, light mayo and mustard
Meal 5: salmon patty with mixed veggies, 1 tbs balsamic vinaigrette dressing, 1 Jello pudding cup w/1 tbs of Cool Whip
Exercise: None
Thoughts: I am back into my size 36 Levi’s which I have not been able to wear for about 3-4 months. It is such a nice feeling!
