Jaron Week 15 Day 2 – How the Time Flies By

So realizing how quickly time goes by and how you can slip up and find yourself back at square one where we started in January, Amy and I had to find something to motivate us more to stick to eating healthier. Recently Amy was approached to speak at a convention and this has motivated her again.
She sincerely asked me to go along with her and also be a motivator to eating healthy and being a positive example on others. I agreed and also mentioned that without exercise we cannot lose the weight as quickly as we would like. I weighed-in today and I am 167.5 lbs.
You can change your eating habits and lose some weight but without proper exercise and rest you will not continue to lose it. You will eventually hit a plateau in weight loss and become frustrated in yourself.
We have always enjoyed our Green Smoothies so we decided to consume more of them throughout the day. Not only are they tasty, they are very filling considering we use ground flax seed which is a excellent source of fiber.
Fiber in itself is very filling and can assist those who overeat during meals. By adding healthy types of fiber you wont eat as many nutrient devoid foods and will instead become full on healthier foods along with the fiber.
