Jaron Week 6 Day 5 – Eating Too Much Cooked Food

I did not have my normal smoothie that I usually do in the morning. Me and Amy went out to run some errands and on our way back home decided to get a couple of foot long veggie delights at Subway. I loaded mines up with a bunch of veggies, it really was not too bad and was filling also.
For dinner we had some soy chicken burgers and some french fries and to be honest it was all very bland to me and didnt have much taste to it. I need to start up my raw fruits and vegetables again because those are refreshing and light and I do not feel like I have eaten heavy after consuming them. I have had a hard time motivating myself to exercise.
I am really not the type to be going to the gym everyday, it just seems so monotone to me. Once I do start I will make sure to post what I am doing.
Like breaking up all that dangerous ice outside the front of your house!
You will notice that when you start exercising your body actually craves healthy food, so it’s definitely a positive lifestyle choice no matter how you look at it. Working out doesn’t have to be boring either. You can find other ways to stay active than just using a machine, if that doesn’t work for you.
