		<description>You will notice that when you start exercising your body actually craves healthy food, so it&#039;s definitely a positive lifestyle choice no matter how you look at it.  Working out doesn&#039;t have to be boring either.  You can find other ways to stay active than just using a machine, if that doesn&#039;t work for you.</description>
