Jaron’s Lose Weight Challenge Diary Week 1 Day 6



Since I did not post yesterday I decided to get up this morning and make a video:

Today for breakfast I had a smoothie with frozen fruit, bananas, spinach leaves, maca root, wheatgrass and flax seeds.

At lunch I had a sandwich on toasted whole wheat bread with avocado, lettuce and tomatoes.

For a snack I had salsa and tortilla chips.

Then for dinner I had a sandwich again except it didn’t have tomatoes in it.

Exercise – I haven’t gotten to that part yet. Plan to start Monday.

  1. Salmon is a lean meat and I would highly doubt it would make you feel tired. Are you and Amy drinking enough water? Elizabeth and I have noticed that following a high protein diet combined with vegetables is really making a difference for us. I would recommend drinking at least 64 ounces (that’s 8 glasses) of water a day. I drink one at work and then another at the gym. It’s great!
