		<description>Salmon is a lean meat and I would highly doubt it would make you feel tired.  Are you and Amy drinking enough water?  Elizabeth and I have noticed that following a high protein diet combined with vegetables is really making a difference for us.  I would recommend drinking at least 64 ounces (that&#039;s 8 glasses) of water a day.  I drink one at work and then another at the gym.  It&#039;s great!</description>
